For the month of July the P.E.A.K Process® focuses our attention on the spend rate of a client. A relationship between the outflow and inflow cash habits of our practice owners and their goals for retirement. We review in the aggregate the relationship between how the Dental Professionals we work with earn and spend their money, and how this relationship affects their plans’ efficacy. We all have goals for our long term wealth, but having a healthy and metric driven understanding of the relationship between earning and spending puts our clients in the driver’s seat.
Deliverables: A clear Spend Rate number, the change from one year prior, a review of their goal on this number, the metrics from other Dental Professionals in their Cohort.
