In May, we look to the income and valuations of Real Estate in our clients portfolio in the P.E.A.K Process®. As a major part of our clients business and personal assets we carve out time and resources to determine that a client’s Real Estate assets are performing in a way that is complementary to the overall plan. As an asset class, real estate represents a stable and predictable cash flow, and under the proper circumstances can lead to a successful investment and tax mitigation strategy. We review valuations and changes in pricing, cap rates and give our client a better understanding of their returns.
Deliverables: The IRR of the asset class as a whole, current cap rate and any possible “market based” recommendations.
