P.E.A.K Process®: Employment Dependency

Come June, it is time for our client to know their practice dependency, valuation and transition. As part of the P.E.A.K Process® our dental professionals take an examination of their annual expenses as a ratio on their non practice income. For most of our clients this is a leading indicator of the efficacy of their retirement hopes. This is a relationship that lets clients know how much of their cash flow is dependent on the success and continuation of their practice, and when they can legitimately begin positioning themselves to no longer work (or work by choice).

Deliverables: A clear Employment Dependency number (the higher a number is the better), the change from one year prior, a review of their goal on this number, the metrics from other Dental Professionals in their Cohort.
